HKBU Media Arts Graduation Exhibition “:” will open this Saturday

The HKBU Media Arts Graduation Exhibition 2018 will be held from the 10th-20th of June at Koo Ming Kown Exhibition Gallery of HKBU, displaying 19 Honours Projects from our graduates. The exhibition will cover the areas of 2D/3D digital animation, interactive multimedia works, game design, installation arts and short films etc., showcasing the students’ achievements in various creative areas over the past four years of study.

This is the third year that the media arts graduation exhibition was organised, with the theme of “:”. “:” signifies the students’ dialogues and messages that they could express their values and beliefs through their works. “:” is also a message for the students to persist in their beliefs and chase their initial dreams as they approach graduation, staying true to themselves on their road to creation and soaring to new heights.

The Media Arts concentration offered by the HKBU Academy of Film of the School of Communication provides training to students in visual design and creative theories. Along with hands-on training, students will be able to express themselves in creative ways through interactive digital media.
