HKBU hosts symposium to explore the future of journalism in an AI era


The School of Communication at Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) will host a symposium with the theme "What is the Future of Journalism in the Age of AI?" on 1 November 2023 (Wednesday).

The symposium aims to explore the transformative impact of generative artificial intelligence (AI) on the journalism industry. Renowned international and local media representatives, AI experts and scholars will share their insights and experiences on various aspects, including AI-generated news, ethical considerations, industry trends, and the future landscape of journalism.

Media representatives can attend the symposium in person or through the conference software Zoom.
