Digital Graphic Communication students present graduation exhibition "Graphity"

Showcasing the creative talent of 24 graduating students from the Department of Communication Studies under the School of Communication, the Digital Graphic Communication Graduation Exhibition 2012 is being held from 10 to 15 June.

The six-day exhibition, which adopted the theme "Graphity", was launched on 9 June by Dr. Edmund Lee Tak-yue, Executive Director of Hong Kong Design Centre; Ms. Grace Kao of the Hong Kong Design Institute; Professor Ringo Ma, Acting Dean of the School of Communication; Dr. Kevin Lee, Senior Lecturer, and Mr. Wade Chan, Lecturer, of the Department of Communication Studies.

The theme "Graphity" is an amalgamation of the words "graphic" and "gravity". It signifies the impact of visual power and pulls various kinds of creativity together. The exhibition displays the 24 honours projects of graduating students, which include graphic design, branding design, publications, interactive media, creative advertising, 2D/3D animations and other digital art forms. For details of the exhibition, please visit the website: www.dgc2012.com.
