Delegation from Fudan University visit School of Communication

Two administrative staff from Fudan Unviersity's Journalism School visited the School of Communication from 6 to 17 February, 2012 in order to foster ties and promote exchanges.

Ms. Yang Min, Senior Engineer and Director of Laboratory and Ms. Liu Chang, Academic Secretary were received by Professor Ma, Acting Dean, representatives of faculty and administrators from the School of Communication. During the 10-day exchange, Ms. Yang and Ms. Liu gained a better understanding of the School's management and teaching practices. In a meeting with representatives from the Academic Registry, they were also briefed on the procedures and scheduling in the areas of admission, curriculum, exams etc.

Prof. Ringo Ma stated, "We are delighted to have this exchange opportunity with the Journalism School at Fudan University, one of the best communications Schools in China. While we previously shared scholarly exchanges with them, this is the first time that we have done so on an administrative level. The visit, initiated at the request of our enthusiastic Fudan counterparts, will aid them in knowing more about our School's administrative practices".
